Farmers Bank & Trust Company headquartered in Magnolia, Arkansas, has completed an agreement with with Arvest Bank (“Arvest”), headquartered in Fayetteville, Arkansas, to acquire nine separate Arvest branch banking offices in Arkansas and Oklahoma.
